1. Operator

2. Acceptance
By accessing the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase the products.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Products are intended for adult personal use.
4. Digital products
The store offers educational digital products, currently including:
• The GLP-1 Reset™ Starter Kit, displayed at $27;
• 100 Tiny High-Protein GLP-1 Meals order bump, displayed at $9; and
• GLP-1 Meal Prep Made Easy video course, displayed at $47.
The final price and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. We may update prices or product contents for future purchases without changing completed orders.
5. Orders and payment
You must provide accurate billing and contact information. Payment is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. An order is accepted when payment is successfully completed and access or confirmation is issued. We may refuse or cancel orders reasonably suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, or a pricing or technical error; if payment was collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
6. Delivery and access
Products are delivered digitally through the member area, download links, email, or a combination of these methods. No physical goods are shipped. You are responsible for using a valid email address, maintaining access to your account, and keeping login details confidential. Contact support promptly if access is not received.
7. License
Your purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights remain with us or the relevant rights holder.
You may not copy, resell, share, sublicense, publish, distribute, upload, reproduce, modify for redistribution, or make the products available to another person or platform. You may download or print materials only for your personal use where the product permits it.
8. Refunds
All three products listed above are covered by our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. A refund request must be sent within 14 calendar days of the relevant purchase and must include the email used for the order and sufficient order details for verification. The full conditions and procedure appear in the Refund Policy.
This commercial guarantee is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us first at theglp1reset.support@gmail.com so we can investigate access, billing, or refund concerns. Initiating an unjustified chargeback does not change these Terms and may result in suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed. Nothing in this section limits lawful payment-dispute rights.
10. Educational and medical disclaimer
The products provide general educational information about meal planning, organization, habits, and related wellness topics. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for individualized care from a physician, registered dietitian, pharmacist, or other qualified professional.
Do not change medication, dosage, treatment, diet, or medical care based solely on these products. GLP-1 medications must be used only as prescribed and supervised by a qualified healthcare professional. Read the Medical Disclaimer before using the products.
11. Individual results
Results vary. We do not promise weight loss, health outcomes, earnings, or any specific result. Testimonials or examples, if shown, are illustrative and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same outcome.
12. Website availability and changes
We aim to keep the website and member area available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, update, replace, or discontinue website features or revise product materials where reasonably necessary. We will not materially remove access to a purchased product without providing a reasonable alternative where required.
13. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape or exploit content, use another customer's account, or use the products for unlawful, misleading, or commercial redistribution purposes.
14. Third-party services
Checkout, payment, email, hosting, and member-area services may be supplied by third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or educational products. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where applicable law does not allow such a limitation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections or liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use of the website, infringement of intellectual property, or material breach of these Terms.
17. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
18. Governing law and consumers
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you retain the mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings in the courts provided by the law of your country of residence. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be waived by contract.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms for future use of the website. The date above identifies the current version. Terms applicable to a completed purchase will not be changed retroactively in a way that removes mandatory rights.
